Okay folks...its home hunting time...
I am moving hopefully for Augst 15th but definitely for September 1st....
so.....if you hear of a two bedroom place...not a basement..unless it is really well lit...but preferably not....in the form of a warehouse or house...please let me know! Also looking for pet friendly......oh...and in east van.....
let me know and I will love you forever!
Also..who wants to help move?!?!

In the movie toyland...where mary and the kids are all watching the gypsies performance and they are watching the old lady singing and then she says " Say goodbye to **** and hello to TOM!" and then her clothes fly off to reveal that she is actually the long lost tom underneath?? Yeah..not a lot to do with anything except to say that I am saying goodbye to the westend and hello to East Van!
I like point form entries a lot more now (thanks altaira)..so here goes:
-yes yes...moving back to east van for september. Going to get as much out of this summer as possible..and then back I go...
-might have a roomate...it would be cool..also might end up homeless for a while...we shall see what happens!
-life is soo soo good...smitteness is sooo soo good....
-Tara's birthday is today...you assholes better all go wish her a happy one!
-Date after work....how did it work out that I am the one to plan the first date?? Ripped off somehow....
-Parents are happy for me to be moving again...weird.
-Since robert has been living with me I have a lot of movies on my computer....
-thats all...
oh yeah...I"M MOVING BACK TO EAST VAN!
Ideally I would like to live in a warehouse or live/work space...so if you know of anything...please let me know!

but now it is my 26 by 26 list. SOOOOO....
I need help filling it up. I am cheating and taking a few things off the list that didnt get done last year...but I need some ideas!
It can be serious, stupid, dangerous, rediculous..anything.
I need 20 more things to do...sooooo....

First big bike accident of the year. Radness. I have a broken finger that has to stay in a splint for the next six weeks. If it doesnt heal up on its own then i get "cosmetic surgery"...or deal with a floppy finger. HA! First time ever actually scraping my face as well...yay bruised and highly unnattractive chin. Typing without a pinky is really hard....
I hurt.
A lot.

On Sunday night I got a knock on the door at about 10:00pm. It was my neighbor with a giant plate of food for me! Rice, veggies, lime flavored garlic..chicken (my dad ate that part the next day). Today I went over to return the plate and he gave me a bowl full of seed thingies that you can apparently buy at persian markets called ooloos...I'm sure it isnt spelt that way though. And to top it off he gave me a loaf of bread and a dark dark chocolate bar.
I love my building.
In other news my old landlord is a douche...Who wants to help with a painting party on Thursday?!?!

FOR SALE AND FOR FREE!
So...first off thanks to everyone who was keeping a lookout for a place for me. I found one! YAY! I am now joining the rest of you westenders (let the I told you so's begin)...26th floor....next to the beach....uhmmmm yes....in your drunken midnight escapades through english bay feel free to stop by and say hi....I'll cook you dinner!
But the point is.....I am getting rid of stuff....lots of it. I dont know exactly everything, but some stuff I am getting rid of before I move and some will be going once I am there and actually see how much room I have.......some will be for free. Some will be sold...items so far are:
Five drawer dresser, computer chair (its making its rounds now Bree!), kitchen table and four chairs...not matching....a bunch of clothing and jewelery and random bathroom stuff....the infamous Rubber ducky toilet cover (that one is free as long as you promise to love it and let me come visit!)...various other odds and ends.

Also, watched Across the Universe last night. It reminded me how much I love the Beatles. So now I sit here listening to Abbey Road (which by the way is the #1 selling Beatles album ever.)

Am I too old to get my lip pierced? (not labaret....been there...done that...but side of my lip).
I kind of stopped getting piercings at least five years ago (nostril doesnt count)...have I passed that point of no return?
